How do I delete my data?

Email us at flockhopper@openroadlabs.org with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we'll process your request within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Does FlockHopper track my location?

No. All routing calculations happen on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your GPS location or route history. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone, then select FlockHopper to cancel or modify your plan.

How accurate is the ALPR data?

We continuously update our database using public records, FOIA requests, and community reports. While we strive for accuracy, ALPR installations change frequently. If you spot an error, please let us know.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email flockhopper@openroadlabs.org with a description of the issue, your device type, and any screenshots if possible. We appreciate the help.
